Total Revenue is attributed to the last email a customer opened or clicked in the last 5 days before making a purchase. You can view revenue reporting once Shopify, Eventbrite, or a custom integration with the Hive SDK is connected.
Connect Your Shopify Store
- Click Settings in the bottom left corner > Connect Data Sources
- Type your store name in the Shopify field and click Connect
Connect Your Eventbrite Account
- Click Settings in the bottom left corner > Connect Data Sources
- Click Connect under Eventbrite

Email Campaigns
Click Email Campaigns in the left sidebar, then click on the email name.

Revenue Metrics Breakdown
Total Revenue
Total revenue is attributed with a last touch model and five day window. For example, if you sent two emails in the last five days and the customer made a purchase, the order would be attributed to the most recent email they opened or clicked.
Number of Orders
The total number of orders placed follows the same attribution model as total revenue.
Average Order Size
The average order size shows the average value ($) generated per order. It is calculated by the total revenue divided by the total number of orders placed.
Average Revenue Per Recipient/Contact
The average revenue per recipient/contact shows the average revenue per recipient (in email reporting) or per contact (in segments reporting). This value is calculated by the total revenue divided by the number of email recipients or contacts in a segment.
Average Number of Orders Per Contact
The average number of order per contact in segment stats is calculated by the total number of orders divided by the total number of contacts in that segment.
