Email reporting gives you insight into the ROI (return on investment) of your email campaigns.
Find out how your email campaigns performed by clicking Email Campaigns in the left sidebar and clicking on the name of any of your previous email campaigns to view the reports.
Here's a Breakdown of the Metrics You'll See:
Open rate measures how many people opened your email out of the number of people who were sent your email.
Click-rate measures how many people clicked on one of the links in your email out of the people who opened your email.
Bounce rate measures how many of your emails bounced instead of landing in the inbox. Bounces can be caused by invalid email addresses or full inboxes.
If you have a high bounce rate, you should consider cleaning your list with a service like NeverBounce.
Unsubscribe and spam complaints
Unsubscribes measure how many people unsubscribe after receiving your email. Spam complaints measure how many people marked your email as spam in their email provider after receiving it.
A high number of unsubscribe or spam complaints likely mean that your content or offers aren’t relevant to your email list. If you’re receiving higher than 2% on either your unsubscribe or spam complaints, double check that you’ve received consent to market to your list. You may also want to consider no longer sending to inactive subscribers.
Conversion rate tells you the number of people that received your email and then performed an intended action like making a purchase, visiting your website, or signing up for your service.
