Click Email Journeys in the left sidebar > + New Email Journey.
From here you can choose:
- The title of the journey that will appear internally in your dashboard
- The event that will determine which contacts are sent the email
- To send the email immediately or set a delay
- Which email template you'd like your contacts to receive when they match the parameters of your automation
- Any additional delays and emails you'd like to send after your contacts receive the first email
The template you choose will be sent as an email the first time a user completes the action or enters/exits the segment you choose.
Tip: If you don't already have a template you want to use as an automated email, edit a pre-existing one or create a new one by clicking Templates in the left sidebar.
